This questionnaire is a diagnostic tool for helping diagnose Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD) and Hyposexual Desire Disorder (HSDD). It was published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine Vol. 3 No. 5 2006. This is a new diagnostic tool that has only been tested with a small group of women whose average age was 27.5, i.e. relatively young women. They are currently evaluating it with pre and post menopausal women.
When you click the submit button the program will calculate the likelihood of you experiencing FSD and HSDD. This tool is not meant to be a replacement for a doctor's diagnosis.
Instructions: Different factors cause different people to desire sexual activity (e.g., intercourse, kissing, oral sex, petting, masturbation). Use the survey below to indicate what the likelihood is that each of the following factors or cues would lead you to desire sexual activity. When you press the submit button we will check to make sure you have answered all the questions.
